Let your dreams touch the sky, just like the kites you fly.

The Pre-primary classes celebrated Lohri, Makar Sankranti/ Pongal on 15th January. The festival of harvest was celebrated with utmost zeal and enthusiasm. Students were taken to the stage area where a special setup was laid out to mark the occasion. The children were informed about the importance of Makar Sankranti and its distinct name in every region and the different festivities that are followed across the country. The children enjoyed their time with a vibrant and energetic Punjabi dance. The dance brought out the true essence of the day which was ‘fun and festivities’. The day ended with a joyous treat of jaggery, puffed rice, sesame brittle and peanuts; the children shared the warmth of the festival with their classmates and teachers.

It was a learning experience for the children with a fun twist.
