Tanya Rajani, Class X B
Gaiety disappears when I see
How ironical our society can be.
Thank her in the holy verse,
Kill her in the name of a curse.
Pray to her and call her a deity,
Obligate her to be a slave of the society.
Worship her in the name of a goddess,
Molest her in the name of a temptress.
Take seven promising rounds to make her a wife,
Then compel her into an ocean of strife.
Promise her all the love and protection,
Whistle at her to seek unworthy attention.
Gaiety disappears when I see,
How ironical our society can be.
