They are the most precious droplets showing our emotions. When we are very happy, they come out. When sad, we show it by drowning ourselves in tears. They are not just simple drops of water, but they are the most articulate way of expressing ourselves. Without us even having to say a word, they convey the deepest of meaning.
Tears relieve us from the heavy concrete like feelings which trouble us. They are a proof that we have emotions, that we have feelings and that our heart is clean. Maybe some people think that sometimes it is easy to hold back our tears and wear a fake smile so that no one knows what we are suffering from. I think that we should never hold back our tears. If we do, they flood our lives later causing problems which are even worse. It is a way to release pain and we should release it whenever and wherever possible.
It is better to cry than be angry because anger hurts us while tears flow through us taking all our stress and tension away. It is the best way to cleanse our hearts. People always say that strength is when you have so much to cry for, but you choose to smile. I think these people are wrong. I say it takes way more strength to let our feelings come out in the open. It takes way more strength to accept the fact that we don’t care about what people think. Tears are simply the raindrops from the storm inside us.
Don’t ever care what people might think of you if they see you crying. I cry, and I am proud that I do. You should be proud to have feelings. Let the storm out. Have a good cry and wash out your heart. If you keep your tears inside, they will tear you apart. Remember, when you were born, your first cry indicated that you are alive.
