The school campus was abuzz with excitement and festivity as the much awaited  Annual Function Anugoonj  unfolded with grandeur. Over 650 students came together to put up a spectacular display of their varied talents, turning the event into a true celebration of creativity, teamwork, and school spirit.

The program commenced with  an enchanting orchestra performance, where students showcased their musical prowess with a blend of classical and contemporary pieces.  This was followed by the  divine Ganesh Vandana, invoking blessings of the Almighty  for success and harmony.  The choir added to the melodic ambiance with soulful renditions that left the audience mesmerized.

The dramatic arts took center stage with a captivating Hindi play  Manavta Hazir Ho that highlighted social values, while the students’ acting skills shone brightly in the English musical adaptation of The Sound of Music, which transported the audience to the hills of Austria.

Adding vibrant colors to the evening, a mesmerizing  Chattisgarhi Folk Dance celebrated India’s culture, while the energetic qawwali performance enthralled everyone with its rhythm and passion.

The anchors knit the whole programme together with their flawless language and delivery. They also highlighted the achievements of Shishyans in academics, sports as well as extra curricular activities. The artists put their work for display ( and praise !) in the various installations representing the various items which were to be staged.

The event was a reflection of the school’s close-knit community, with a spirit of bonhomie evident in every performance. It was not just an event but a celebration for the entire Shishukunj family, leaving everyone with cherished memories.
