One of the most important things for our own happiness is the act of giving. Apart from bringing joy, giving also inculcates the virtues of empathy, compassion and gratitude for what one has.

Joy of Giving is observed in India in the first week of October. It is an event that celebrates humanity and aims at spreading joy and happiness among those who need help and support. 

This year, as part of the joy of giving week, the Shishyans of Sr. KG to Class V donated items of personal hygiene. Later, a few students as representatives of the Junior Wing Shishyans, visited NGOs in the city and handed over the meticulously packed cartons. This collaborative effort brought smiles to the residents of the NGOs and made the effort a memorable experience.
