In October 2024 a  leadership camp was   organized in the serene village of Lalpur,near Chandigarh ,  where 39 enthusiastic students, accompanied by two dedicated educators, embarked on a journey to nurture their leadership potential. This immersive camp provided a perfect blend of learning, adventure, and nature, leaving participants enriched with invaluable experiences.

The camp offered insightful sessions focused on shaping future leaders, fostering out-of-the-box thinking, and honing problem-solving skills. A dedicated session on geopolitics opened their minds to global perspectives, while a unique polity project encouraged students to understand governance and decision-making processes. These activities highlighted the importance of teamwork, collaboration, and innovative thinking in leadership.

Beyond academics, the camp was a hub of thrilling adventures. Students explored the beauty of Lalpur through boat rides on the serene Sutlej River, invigorating treks, tractor rides through lush fields, and kayaking adventures. They also delved into the village’s rich agricultural practices, gaining first hand knowledge of farming techniques and sustainable living.

Amidst these activities, students bonded deeply with their peers, forging friendships and memories to cherish for a lifetime. Immersed in the tranquility of nature, the camp was not just a retreat but a transformative experience, shaping young minds into confident and capable leaders of tomorrow.
