The AFS Chpater Meet was held in The Shishukunj International School on Monday 21 October 2019. Volunteers from 15 schools attended the meet. The main agenda of the meet was to discuss the AFS India Global Peace Fest, Indore Chapter on November 15 2019. The fest is to be hosted by Vidyasagar School and all AFS schools were requested to send in their registrations latest by November 07 2019. The purpose of this Fest is to provide a platform to students to showcase their talents not just at the school level but also at the National level.

Several other important matters related to the chapter were also discussed during the meeting .
