Students initiated a newspaper drive through which about 150 kg of newspapers were collected from the students. These newspapers were then sorted and packed and sent to the Jwala centre where women used them to make newspaper bags. Making these newspaper bags not only helps the women financially , but is also a small step towards saving the environment.
