In a display of fervent patriotism and unwavering commitment to the nation, The Shishukunj International School celebrated the 75th Republic Day with great enthusiasm. The school velodrome buzzed with excitement as students, teachers, and staff gathered for the solemn ceremony.
The event commenced with the unfurling of the National Flag by the guests and the NCC cadets taking the salute . This was followed by the National Pledge administered by the student council. The sight of the tricolor fluttering in the crisp morning breeze evoked a sense of pride and unity among the attendees.
Soon after the school choir took the stage, mesmerizing the audience with a soul-stirring patriotic song that resonated with the spirit of the occasion.
A defining moment unfolded when a student from Class XI delivered a motivating speech, urging all Indians to uphold the values enshrined in the constitution and fulfill their duties towards the nation. The impassioned address inspired everyone to reflect on their roles as responsible citizens.
Adding an artistic touch to the celebration, students presented a dance drama depicting the making of the Indian Constitution. The performance shed light on the stalwarts who played pivotal roles in shaping the nation’s foundational document.
The festivities reached a crescendo with the recognition of school houses for their outstanding performance during the academic session 2023-24.
