In order to refresh and enhance the skills of the teachers and to enable them to keep up with the changing scenario in the field of education, a workshop was organized wherein a few teachers took up the role of mentors and facilitators. They took up the topic Teachers’ Growth and Professional Development.

The topic Learning Environment stressed on the factors which affect the learning process and how to attain an ideal learning environment. They also talked about different types of learning environments and how they impact the learners.

The topic Toy Pedagogy emphasized the principle that toys are not just for entertainment or recreation, but can also be used as a learning resource for the mental, physical and social development of the child as children learn best through play and exploring play materials.

The workshop effectively rekindled the spark in all the educators and equipped them with new skills and teaching methods.
